Fierce competition comes down to the wire as North Carolina, Winconsin, Michigan State, and Kentucky battle for spots in the Final Four. Dramatic comebacks and top career performances have occurred. UNC put away Wisconsin earlier in the day with a well deserved win. Sean May lead the way for the Heels, scoring 29 points. Despite Wisconsin's fire from the outside they were outmatched by Carolina's strength in the paint.
